Exclusive exhibition of Eveline Hasselman
During the benefit evening there is an exhibition of paintings by Eveline Hasselman. Her paintings have previously been shown at the United Nations in Nairobi.

Get it done

Get it done finances small-scale aid projects in different parts of the world. It is the driving force behind crowdfunding for Africa. Get It Done is founded in 2009 by actress Hanna Verboom who grew up in Kenya, Uganda and Sudan. During the benefit evening Get it done will show a short promotion film and one of the team members will tell the story of this young, passionate community.

Esse Organic Skincare

Alexander Dikkes of Esse talks about his special relationship with Africa. Esse uses wild African plants for making organic products for skincare. At the same time it cares about conservation and protection of Africa’s biodiversity. Esse buys its raw materials at local cooperatives to strengthen the position of local communities.

Qalanjo

Qalanjo fashion is a clothing line that has a direct link with the African and particularly Somali culture. Qalango makes traditional African clothing for the Western woman. During the benefit evening, you can admire the unique designs, beautiful coloured fabrics and sheer quality of this clothing. Qalanjo means “pure beauty”.
